Bob has spent his career almost entirely in banking since his graduation from Temple University in 1971. He officially retired as President and CEO of Tioga-Franklin Savings Bank in March 2015, but remains a member of the bank’s Board of Trustees. He continues to serves as Secretary of the bank and assists with regulatory reporting and other matters on an as-needed basis.

As President of Tioga-Franklin, Bob’s duties included oversight of all aspects of “front office” and “back office” operations, mortgage loan origination and underwriting, financial reporting, strategic planning, asset/liability management, management of the bank’s liquidity portfolio, and regulatory compliance. During his tenure as CEO, the bank’s assets grew from approximately $17 million to $33 million and the bank was consistently profitable.
