Bob officially retired as President and CEO of Tioga-Franklin Savings Bank in March 2015, but remains a member of the bank’s Board of Trustees. He continues to serves as Secretary of the bank and assists with regulatory reporting and other matters on an as-needed basis.

As President of Tioga-Franklin, Bob’s duties included oversight of all aspects of “front office” and “back office” operations, mortgage loan origination and underwriting, financial reporting, strategic planning, asset/liability management, management of the bank’s liquidity portfolio, and regulatory compliance. During his tenure as CEO, the bank’s assets grew from approximately $17 million to $33 million and the bank was consistently profitable.

Bob worked at American Heritage Federal Credit Union as Vice President, CFO, and Internal Auditor as well as at Suburban Community Bank as Vice President & CFO.

PERSONAL AND COMMUNITY:

Community Care Center of the Northeast. – Past board member and past Chairman.

Student Life Center, a Christian ministry. Board member since 1971; presently President and Treasurer.

Holmesburg Baptist Church in Philadelphia – Active member since 1974.

Gideons International, Northeast Philadelphia – member since 1981; presently Treasurer and prison volunteer.

Married to Judy Lockyer in 2016, and learning to navigate the complexities of a blended family.

EDUCATION:

Temple University - Magna Cum Laude with a BBA degree in Economics.
