CAREER SUMMARY:

Steve worked as a Trust Officer and Vice President with "The First National Bank & Trust Company" in Newtown, Pa, since 1982. He prior worked as an attorney at Lees & Lees, Associates, specializing in estate planning, probate, domestic relations, bank and business law.

Steve also taught courses on Estate Planning, Wills and Trusts at the Bucks County Community College, held a position as a regular member at the American Bar Association’s section of Taxation and Fiduciary Income Tax and assisted preparation and delivery of education programs to members of the Bucks County Bar Association.

After completing law school, Steve was admitted to practice before the US Supreme Court and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Steve served as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert M. Mountenay, Bucks County Court of Common Pleas. He is a member of the American bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Buck County Bar Association, American Bankers Association and the Pennsylvania Bankers Association.
